Changes
Added ffmpeg6 github codespace dev container.

To test:

  • create new dev container with the new ffmpeg configuration
  • build the project
  • start with the new ghcs .NET Launch (nowebclient, ffmpeg) target
  • Connect via webUI to it
  • Setup
  • create a libarary
  • download an example file wget https://nyc1.mirror.jellyfin.org/jellyfish/media/jellyfish-40-mbps-hd-h264.mkv into it.
  • Scan the libarary
  • play that file.
  • Set quality lower then original.
  • File will transcode
