📄 Description

MediaBrowser.sln.GhostDoc.xml: contains an absolute path for Luke's system
.drone.yml: no longer using drone ci
MediaBrowser.MediaEncoding/MediaBrowser.MediaEncoding.nuget.targets: I think someone forgot to delete this file. we are not targeting multiple frameworks
hooks/pre_build: not completely sure about that one. seems to be from an old build system as well, correct me if I'm wrong
