Feature Description
On application startup it should check for existing SDB Server that are running and kill it.

Why Is This Feature Useful?
It will prevent tizen studio sdb from reusing existing SDB server

Additional Context
prevention mechanism for SDB if youve connected to 0.0.0.0 for example.. it will return wrong ip in that case

This is now fixed in v1.6.5 the tool checks the running process list for SDB
