Add Support for IP Ranges in config file (.settings)

📝 Detailed description

I would find it great if you can define an IP range in the config file under “NET=”“” (e.g. 192.168.1.50/24-192.168.1.99) and the next free IP is selected (could be realized in connection with the “Proxmox VE LXC IP-Tag” script).
