looks it better today? Unfortunately, I haven't found a useful Russian VPN to track this. Sadly the error above says it can't fetch the php repo.

And does this script work for you? I tried to run it on a computer with a VPN but it didn't work either.

yep, works fine here. Tested yesterday 2 times and now again.

have you an active dns or adblocker? Try to disable all of them in your network

у вас есть активный dns или adblocker? Попробуйте отключить их все в вашей сети

I just checked with vpn everything loads but without it no, can you create Pelican Panel and Pelican Wings and migrate them?
