LXC Templates not recognised #534

copied the predefined ones from mainwebsite of the given lxcs

Hi I can not create LXC with debian 12 anymore

The first time it downloaded a new template 12.7.

But now the scripts failing with this output:
🔍 Verbose Mode: yes
🚀 Creating a Unbound LXC using the above advanced settings
✔️ Using local for Template Storage.
✔️ Using local-lvm for Container Storage.
✔️ Updated LXC Template List
✔️ Template integrity check completed
✔️ Re-downloaded LXC Template
✖️ A problem occurred while trying to create container after re-downloading template.

Doublechecked that LXC template is available.

  • Advanced Settings

🖥️ Which Linux distribution are you using?

Debian 12

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

run the script again.

Thats an Proxmox issue on your system. Try another Debian LXC or the pure Debian LXC.

Ive build an Double Check and If this failed you cannot Crawl the tarfile from Proxmox pveam

I had the same issue recently.
I deleted the templates from Proxmox and the scripts run fine afterwards.

You'll find them in your local storage, under CT Templates.

I had a similar issue but turned out just that I was trying to create a CT with an ID already existing for a VM but no explicit error was thrown. I found the issue by using TTeck corresponding script.
