look like the installation hangs on the step downloading from https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/22.04/prod

i have 300mbit downsteam.

OR

microsoft is throttling.

🖥️ Which Linux distribution are you using?

Ubuntu 22.04

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

resources : 8 Core, 8192MB ram , 80GB SSD, Server SQL 2022 STD.
after putting in the SA password , it "hanging"

❌ Paste the full error output (if available).

[ERROR] in line 44: exit code 0: while executing command "$@" > /dev/null 2>&1
