During installation of syncthing, when it gets to the point of installing syncthing using apt, it errors out before completion due to a systemd-sysctl.service failure

It was over SSH so I thought that could be the suspect, but I tried an installation through the GUI with all default settings with the same outcome. Here's the log file generated from the attempt from the GUI

I tried again, it failed in the same way, then I rebooted my host and reattempted and it was fine, not sure what the issue was, sorry to waste your time!
