I installed NPM using the helper script over a year ago, and this is my first time attempting an update. My Nginx Proxy Manager version prior to the update was v2.12.1.

I executed the update command within the LXC shell, but the operation failed with the error shown below.

I also attempted to run update --verbose to get a more detailed log, but it did not output any additional information.

After the error occurred, I tried rebooting the NPM LXC, but the service was still broken, so I had to restore it from a backup.

Any assistance in resolving this update issue would be appreciated.
