You have Run an Update but keycloak is already Up2date. So you destroyed the current folder structure

Because as you can see, there were Debian packages that needed updating. And in any case, every script I've used, if I don't give updates, ends up saying that no updates are needed or that everything is already up to date, and doesn't delete the files necessary for its functioning.
