Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

General user avatar fetching system and setting option need proper testing coverage.
Adding issue here as a reminder.
Need to abstract external/http fetches out of service so they can be mocked during testing.
