Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the feature you'd like
The ability to create a new chapter while in the sort screen.
Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
Would smooth workflow when organizing loose documents with different contexts.
Additional context
I have found that I frequently have to back out of the sort screen to create a new chapter while organizing documents. It'd be great to have the ability to create a new chapter without leaving the sort screen. Maybe this goes the same for organization from a shelf level as well.

Thanks @lithium-ap for this request. I can see how this would be really useful.
Think the sort screen needs a bit of an overhaul really along with one-click common sort options.
