Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Could you possibly make the issue you're experiencing a little clearer? Ideally with steps to reproduce, and what the expected behavior is?
Also, I can't really understand this significance of the page being UTF8 as pointed out. If that is an issue in any way please could you explain why.
