Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Every so often I'm seeing a flash of the error notification upon initial page view, Mostly on login screen. Likely to be it showing during render before the position is set or it animating on load.
Maybe need to ensure it stays as
display:nonewhile at rest.
