Desired Feature: display animation

For Bug Reports

BookStack Version (Found in settings, Please don't put 'latest'): 0.20.0
PHP Version: PHP 7.0.25-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 (cli) ( NTS )
MySQL Version:

Expected Behavior

Current Behavior

only a static picture or no animation.

Steps to Reproduce

After I copy the gif to the bookstack markdown editor, it become a uploaded png file.

Even after I upload the gif by link in the edit page, it still does not display animation.
