Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the Bug
I cannot scroll up and down any pages whist editing them. I have to scroll using the arrow keys only. No right hand scroll bar appears either. I have tried this on both desktop and mobile touch screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behaviour
To be able to scroll up and down any page which is greater than the height of the display.

Hi @tomcheshunt,
When scrolling, is your mouse in the content area?
In the edit view, the web page itself is not scrolled, but the page editor content area itself is.
