Describe the feature you'd like

I would like to have a line item in the audit log to show when a version upgrade was done.
This would help if something was working yesterday, but not today, but an upgrade was done by someone else overnight.
Would really help in any fault finding

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

Would help in any fault finding that could result after an upgrade, would show a point in time when things in the backend or breaking changes may have happened.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Not entirely sure, there may be some logs in the system maybe, but this would save a system login and grep in logs.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

How long have you been using BookStack?

1 to 5 years

Maybe details around previous version upgraded to current version in the log line. Date/time etc
