Describe the feature you'd like

The search function in BookStack should also include results from page Comment Threads. When a user searches for a keyword, the system should return not only results from page titles, content, and descriptions, but also any matches found in the comments attached to a page.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

In many teams, important discussions, clarifications, and additional knowledge are stored within comments rather than the main page body. If comments are not searchable, valuable context and answers remain hidden, even though they are part of the documentation space.
By including comments in search results:

  • Users can quickly find relevant discussions without manually scrolling through comment threads.

  • Knowledge sharing becomes more effective, since important notes and clarifications are surfaced.

  • It reduces the risk of duplicated questions or forgotten context, as existing answers can be discovered through a simple search.

Overall, this improves the usefulness of comments and strengthens BookStack as a collaborative knowledge base.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

No

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

  • I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

How long have you been using BookStack?

1 to 5 years

Additional context

No response

Thanks for the request @Markus1406 but I feel the fundamental request here is already covered by #5148, so I'm going to close this off as a duplicate. Also, if used, please avoid using LLMs to fill our issue forms.
