Describe the Bug

when you revoke the permission view from everyone else even the owner looses permission to view the shelf, i think that the owner should have permissions to his work regardless of the permissions for other people

Steps to Reproduce

create a shelf / book / page
in permissions untick the box view for everyone else
save the changes and you'll be locked out of the file`

Expected Behaviour

when you're the owner of some content i'd expect you to be above the permissions stage

Thanks @Krzysiek214181 for raising but this is the current expected behaviour of permissions, although I appreciate it may not align with everyone's expectations. There is an existing request in #2697 which covers the same fundamental request so I'm going to therefore close this off.
