Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the Bug
Hello,
I am unable to upload attachments that are over a few MB. There is a 10 MB PDF file I wanted to upload into bookstack but it says at the end of the uploading that the file is too big. Smaller files (3k, 5K) do work.
From Issue #1293 and #1346 I found out that it should be at least 256MB but we are well below that.
Just upgraded to v25.02 and the issue persists there as well.
OS: Ubuntu Server 2404 LTS
PHP 8.2
Hosted in Azure
Steps to Reproduce
Create new or edit page, select upload file.
Expected Behaviour
Upload attachment successfully.

The default is often about 2MB.
Please follow our guidance to increase these limits:
