Describe the feature you'd like

I would like to once again raise the issue of the search engine in BookStack not returning any results when the search is performed in Japanese. Unless the search term is enclosed in quotes (which forces it to search for exact matches), there are no suggestions. A few fixes described previously were basically workarounds and don't solve the core issue.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

Fixing this would allow individuals and companies more readily adopt BookStack in East Asia. And as an added bonus would probably improve the search experience for any other language user.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Unfortunately it's been a few years since the last post about it on github and no one seems to have arrived at a solution.

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
