Describe the Bug

Notification emails were working prior to upgrade, However since updating to the latest one I cannot receive any email notifications or comments I have even set as favourites and tested. I have added comments and still no emails. However I can receive test emails and password reset ones? Is anyone having the same issue? is there a schedule task or a command line I can test? I am completely stumped on this one not sure where to start or check as it was working prior to upgrade but not working now. I thought if the send test emails were not working that would no it would be a problem but as its just the notification emails I am not getting for any of my users I am not sure what to do. I have tried updating a page adding a comments and still no notification emails.
I would be grateful if anyone else has experienced or had the same problem its not a Biggy but would be good to get it back.

Steps to Reproduce

Send a test email from the application tab I get them,
Mark as favourites and ensure you have select to receive all notifications you get no emails.

Expected Behaviour

Is this expected? Or is there a fix or a file I can replace to make it work?

Do you have a QUEUE_CONNECTION option set in your .env options for BookStack at all?
Are you testing via other users? You won't get notifications to the account which triggered the notifying action.
Have you checked the app error log for lines logged when a notification is expected to be sent?
