Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Think this will be useful in the event of an admin needed access without an existing account and without directly editing the DB.
Also, This will work towards a proper solution to #602.
