Describe the Bug

I checked the option to enable registration in the settings and clicked save, but after registering a new user, when I click on register, it stays on the register page without any changes. How can I troubleshoot this issue?

Steps to Reproduce

1.Enable registration
2.Register user

I also use the same image [linuxserver/bookstack:latest(version-v24.12)].

Membership registration works normally as shown in the picture.

my chrome version is 131.0.6778.205
my edge version is 131.0.2903.112

I currently suspect that it is related to my use of Nginx Proxy Manager, but I am not sure of the reason

I think it would be a good idea to read the official documentation and read the logs at that location.

I'm wondering if you're triggering the bot honeypot, or some other validation condition.
