API Endpoint or Feature

Give a bookstack admin the ability to subscribe n or all users of the wiki to a given page via API. This feature exists on a per user basis if you click on watch page, so that you can get notifications on changes.

Use-Case

we use a landing page, which is also a whiteboard, where all department news are published and we would like every user to automatically watch this page, so that every user gets a notification, if this pages changes.

Additional context

This may also be a general feature request and not api, since there could also be a subscribe button for admin users, where they could select n users to watch that page.

Thanks for the request @Karamelmar.
This is closely related to #4514, so I may close & merge this into that issue to de-duplicate.
