Abillity to create links with a popup window when hover over the linked text.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users
I use Bookstack as documentation software and it's practical to have the abillity to create links for notes, description or related subject with a popup window, it make it easier to read a brief on the subject or note.
Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?
