We support direction for code blocks within the WYSIWYG editor, but not within the code editor itself.
Will present in RTL if an RTL user language is in use.
Need to at least support the code block language, but likely need to have direction controls in this editor.

Edit: Decided not to add direction controls in the code editor due to added complication, but now default to LTR for code when UI is LTR, which can then be changed via WYSIWYG editor controls.
