Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

As per work in #4815.
The
textfield is now redundant, but will leave in for a few releases to potentially allow recovery after accidental overwrite of content when saving with new limitations on content formatting.This previously held original (raw) user comment text markdown input.
Probably a rare likelihood, but no real downside to keeping the field around for a few releases just in case.
