In the interest of remaining open about the project, Just creating this issue to alert about the definition of a project statement being added to the readme.

Open to discussion on this. Thought it would be important to define this to keep the project somewhat focused and prevent the scope of what BookStack is from being stretched. It should also help new developers/users to understand the intentions of the project better.
