PHP Version:7.0
MySQL Version:5.6.34

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

I seem to be experiencing slowness on the local server that i have installed BookStack on. a quick look at the apache logs and the chrome timelines shows that a lot of time <90% is spent in chrome before the server gets a request. chrome shows TTFB of 90% of the time taken.
nothing is getting printed in the larvel.logs
