Describe the Bug

Comment notification settings are visible even if comments are disabled:

notify upon comments...
notify upon replies to my comments...

Steps to Reproduce

  1. disable comments (admin user)
  2. go to: preferences -> notifications -> manage

Expected Behaviour

If comments are disabled, comment notification options should be invisible

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
