Bookstack url not loading after Ubuntu migration #4093

Describe the Scenario

I installed bookstack on a Ubuntu machine 20.4 successfully.
I have been using the server for months without a problem until yesterday.
I upgraded Ubuntu to 22.4 . After restarting, I can NO longer access URL for Bookstack.
I receive "this page isn't working error."
I'm assuming I upgraded host OS without upgraded Bookstack, Apache, MySQL etc.
Can someone assist with this issue please?
