Restrict Permalink-Popup inside Viewport #3835

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the Bug
When using the nice feature for getting Permalinks (shown in this video: https://www.bookstackapp.com/docs/user/content-permalinks/), the Popup is shown on Top of the Paragraph.. but sometimes, the top of the paragraph is not inside viewport (for example, when a paragraph is longer or when view is scrolled). So the popup is shown outside of viewport.

scroll book-page.. mark words of a paragraph where the paragraph top is outside of viewport.
