Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Add a formatter to standardise the formatting on the JS side of things, much like the
phpcs/phpcbfwe have on the PHP side of things. Could maybe combine action with the existing PHP action to not waste resources.
