Hello,

I'm looking for a way to integrate BookStack with a Ticket System. Specifically, I want to receive suggestions on keywords for entries in the ticketing system from BookStack articles.

I'm wondering if there is an interface or a way to set up such an interface between the two applications to exchange data and achieve this integration. I've searched the internet for information on this topic but couldn't find any clear guidance.

Therefore, I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experience with integrating BookStack and Ticketsystems or has any suggestions on how I can achieve this integration. Any help or suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
