After update to 23.02 the GUI is not working as expected #3544

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Hi @ssddanbrown After updating the GUI looks strange, it would be better to just show it in the following screenshot:
Any idea what could be wrong? I don't think i saw any errors during the update.
After the update I also ran the following:
php artisan migrate
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan config:clear
php artisan view:clear
