Describe the feature you'd like

Headings that are inside of collapsible blocks open when clicked on from table of contents. Currently when pressing on a heading that's located inside of a collapsible block the link changes, but nothing happens.

I stumbled across this problem when trying to link content that's in a collapsible block in the same page as the block. Opening the link works and It opens the collapsible block as well, but when I updated the page, the link unfortunately stopped working.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

For the end user this would allow for better navigation since, currently when pressing on a heading inside of a collapsible block nothing happens, their solution would be to click on a heading above the one that's not working and then navigate to the collapsible block.

If the links would function after updating the page, then that would allow creating referencing previous content inside of a collapsible block

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

No, but It is possible to link content from collapsible blocks which open the blocks. This method won't work if you want to place the link in the same page as the collapsible block since, the page update would break the link.
