Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Expected Behavior
When viewing a Chapter, Book or Page as a user without edit permissions, the link to "Create a new page" and "Add a chapter" should not be available.
Clicking them doesn't allow me to do these actions, but they shouldn't be visible if they aren't possible.
Actual Behavior
Create a New Page -or- Add a chapter are visible.

@bensulli Thanks for reporting. Will be fixed in the next release (v0.17, Hopefully released today.)
