Describe the Bug

When Changing settings under Features & Security they rollback automatically.
For example: I check Allow public access and click on SAVE SETTINGS but it will uncheck automatically (instantly).
Under Audit Log tab I'm getting the log for Event settings_update and Related Item or Detail features but the changes will rollback immediately.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Settings
  2. Features & Security
  3. Check or uncheck any option
  4. Click on Save Settings

Expected Behaviour

After changing the settings I expect the changes I made to be persist.
