Describe the Bug

Templates side panel can not be scrolled even if the number of templates exceed the viewing span.

Steps to Reproduce

Provided that the number of templates exceeds the viewing span of a screen,

  1. Open a page editor
  2. Go to the templates side panel

Expected Behaviour

Scrollable templates list during overflow
