Describe the feature you'd like

I suggest a change to the current "Insert/Edit Link" dialog in the WYSIWYG editor.
Currently, the steps are like this (Firefox):

click button for inserting link in the menu bar
the cursor is automatically in the first input field for the URL, so I just do Ctrl+v for pasting the URL from the clipboard, which will automatically insert the same URL to the input field for the display text
Press Tab
Press Tab again to get to the input field for the display text
Press Ctrl+a to select all text in this input field
start typing the actual text to display, overwriting the selected text

I wonder if one could shortcut the whole process to

In addition to this, is it possible to change the defaults?

For example, I always want the Title to default to the URL (so I can view the URL when hovering over the link) and default 'Open link in new window'. Currently I have to manually set these even though it will be the same in nearly every single link I add.
