Hi @LTT-Coding,
By the looks of the error, you've somehow gained some different PHP file dependencies.
Have you attempted to run some composer commands outside of
composer install --no-dev?@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
Good Morning @ssddanbrown,
i have done this 3 times according to the instructions, I have also compared the Composer.json with the one in Github, they are the same.
I thought so too.
@ssddanbrown commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
@LTT-Coding
git statusfrom your bookstack install folder?@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
not that I know of
git status says:
@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
composer show
@ssddanbrown commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
@LTT-Coding Thanks, looks like permissions are causing more changes than I expected in the git status output though.
Can you run
git config core.fileMode falsefrom your bookstack directory then run & share the output ofgit statusagain?@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 28, 2022):
Yes, now its empty
`On branch release
Your branch is up to date with 'origin/release'.
nothing to commit, working tree clean`
@ssddanbrown commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
@LTT-Coding That looks fine then.
I'm wondering if somehow the PHP autoloading system is getting mixed with your pimcore setup.
/bookstack).@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
Hi,
What do you mean by the first point?
Pimcore is located under the path /var/www/local//pimcore/PimcoreProject/.
And bookstack
/var/www/local/general/BookStack/
On the second point, what files do you need? Don't quite know which ones.
@ssddanbrown commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
@LTT-Coding
@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
@ssddanbrown
BookStack load on https://example.com/bookstack
Pimcore load on https://example.com/
Pimcore Config (sites-enabled/000-default.conf):
Bookstack Config (conf-enabled/):
apache2.conf
php.ini
@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
I have found the error, it is the opcache, I have deactivated it and now everything is fine.
@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
Is there a way to separate both caches?
@ssddanbrown commented on GitHub (May 29, 2022):
@LTT-Coding I think it's specifically the
opcache.preloadsetting. Opcache alone, without preloading, should be fine I think here.I'm not sure how easy it is to have preloading for one site, and no preloading for another site when using apache. You might be able to set
php_flagapache options to control this but not sure how well that works with apache.Alternatively, you could separate out the BookStack instance to a separate webserver and PHP setup then reverse proxy to that from the existing apache site. Or host BookStack on its own machine/environment on a subdomain for cleanest separation.
@sbaecher commented on GitHub (May 30, 2022):
Ok, i try it. Thanks for your help @ssddanbrown! :D
