Describe the Bug

On a fresh setup, the "Registration Role" option will typically show "Admin" whereas this settings is actually empty in the system. Admin is only selected due to the setting control defaulting to the first role in the system. When registered this role would not be used unless the registration settings box was saved to actually set that option.
