[Feature Request]: Deleted page revisions should be added to recycle bin #2501

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the feature you'd like
Hi, if I want to distort the document, I can just edit it and delete all the text. Publish the document and delete all saved revisions. This would result in loss of document.
I know logs are created and we can find out who did it, but the damage would have already been done. Also, we have users that do this type of things and use stupidity as an excuse. It would be beneficial if we also have option to restore deleted revisions from recycle bin.

This would prevent intentional, and unintentional destroying of documents as we would have option to restore them from Recycle Bin.

In a similair way creating multiple empty revisions the automatic deletion of older revisions could also end in accidential or malicious. Would be nice to have these also end in a seperate recycle bin and having to delete them manually. Or have an option to autodelete these after a set time.
