Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the feature you'd like
Ability to manage / move uploaded attachments without having to re-upload.
Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
Currently, I'm attempting to reorganize some of my pages and chapters, and this includes breaking out large pages into many smaller pages, and this includes moving some uploaded attachments from the original page to a new page. I don't think it will introduce breaking changes since you can still link / reference attachments uploaded to other pages, so existing links shouldn't break.
Additional context
I am able to go into the database and manually change the page associated with an attachment, but it would be great to have this functionality in the UI itself.
