Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the feature you'd like
It would be a very nice feature to display shelf/book tags in list/grid view.
Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
It is simpler to find a book with some highlighted keywords.

+1 to show tags - perhaps make it a system-wide or user-specific option on whether or not to show the tags in case you're worried about cluttering up the view. Thank you!
