Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Since browser's have changed thier default cookie policies we should default cookies to
laxbut provide an option for this to benonefor those that use BookStack within an iframe.Potentially combine with #2207 so that a user defines the hosts they trust and that changes cookie options also?
