Describe the bug
Managed to run the application locally, need to add some customisation.
Not able to access to db, migrate also does not work.
Can you please give me some points, i tried to access db via dbeaver, no luck.
Also tried to hit migrate to fresh db, no luck,

Exact BookStack Version (Found in settings): v0.30-dev
PHP Version: 7.3
