Describe the feature you'd like
Create options in BookStack settings:

Highlight pages and books with public access with red color or something that can attract attention in editor mode.
Don't inherit access privileges from parent and make all pages without public access by default.
Create new books without public access by default (with possibility to choose default access privileges).

Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
There are situations when we need to make private pages or chapters in open book. When we edit pages we can't visually check whether the page has public access or not. We can only check it when we go to menu with access privileges. The most of our staff forget to check privileges and they always automatically login so the don't realise that pages are visible for everybody in Internet.
This options can prevent private data leak.
