Cannot upload profile pictures #1908

Block a user
Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the bug
Everytime I try to change my user profile picture, and error occurs and the picture does not change.
Steps To Reproduce
Click on Profile picture in the top right.
Then click on profile and scroll down until you come to the user avatar section.
Now upload a image file (I tried it with a .png)
Finally click on Save
Now I see a page with:
An Error Occurred
An unknown error occurred
Expected behavior
After clicking on save the user should have his selected image as his profile picture.

Additionaly, It would be good to know if you have this problem for all image uploads (Page images, app logo in the settings etc..) or if it's just on profile images.

I have fixed this problem by deleting
